In 2022, Hannah began volunteering with Skills Ontario and their Young Women's Initiatives. Since then, she has sat on their Expert Panels, speaking directly to the upcoming generations about her own experiences and wisdom from her time spent so far in the automotive industry. She has also Moderated events, leading the conversation, interviewing other women working in the trades. In 2025, Hannah designed and facilitated the first Automotive Program as part of Skills Ontario's Skilled Trade & Technology Day for Young Women.
