I started my automotive apprenticeship at 17 years old at a small garage. With over 8 years in the trade behind me, I have forged various pathways for my career in this industry. I practice my trade working at the shop preforming vehicle repairs. I teach Automotive Apprenticeship at college, educating our upcoming tradespeople. I volunteer with organizations that support blue collar workers and advocate for women in trades. In 2023, I founded The Shay Way, a charitable endeavour in support of The Ottawa Mission, in loving memory of my dear friend and colleague, Michael Shay. I am unreasonably passionate about everything that I do.
